Nick Wong

Nick Wong has significant experience in acting for both lenders and borrowers in the insurance and reinsurance sector, including transactions involving financing acquisitions of both insurance companies and portfolios of insurance policies. He is also very experienced at advising on lending to the Lloyd's of London insurance market and the reinsurance sector as a whole, including complex and innovative regulatory capital facilities.

Nick also focuses on advising both lenders and borrowers on fund financing transactions (including subscription/capital call facilities, hybrid, GP and NAV facilities) for a wide variety of fund types, including private equity funds, real estate funds and credit funds.
