Nick Goddard

Nick is a partner in our global investment funds group based in London. Nick has extensive experience advising on all aspects of investment funds, including the formation of infrastructure, debt and credit, real estate and private equity, as well as carried interest and co-investment structures. Nick also advises investors, in relation to their investments in private investment funds and in relation to their asset management arrangements.

Examples of Nick's recent experience include advising Equitix on the establishment of its £1bn Equitix Fund V, £750m Equitix Fund IV and £500m Equitix Fund III, Rothschild on the establishment of its €655m Five Arrows Direct Lending Fund, Aviva Investors on the establishment of its Aviva Investors Alternative Investment Solutions Fund, Shard Credit Partners on the formation of the Shard Credit Partners I Fund and CapMan plc on the establishment of its €425m CapMan Nordic Real Estate II Fund.
