Introduction
Nichola is an experienced banking and finance partner with a focus on asset-backed lending.
Nichola Shaw has a wealth of experience advising clients on complex fund finance, asset based lending and corporate finance transactions. She also has broad experience on senior and mezzanine lending, refinancing and debt restructuring.
Her clients include private credit funds, banks and corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Nichola started her career as a banking lawyer in London. She is qualified in New South Wales and England & Wales.

- Confidential | Advised an offshore arranger on A$125 million syndicated NAV facility backed by investments in other funds.
- Confidential | Acted as Australian counsel on a cross border A$75 million back leverage transaction (structured as a NAV Facility) provided by an Asian investment bank backed by a pool of loans to an Australian fund.
