Neil Ziatabari is a counsel in the finance, funds and restructuring practice in London. He has extensive experience advising on all aspects of investment funds, including the formation of large international private equity funds, carried interest structures and co-investment arrangements.
He has acted as the lead associate on projects ranging from a £2.25 billion double fundraise focused on European mid-market private equity, to advising a start-up fund manager on the establishment of a £50 million venture capital technology fund.
He has advised clients including Inflexion and ICG on fundraisings that have won numerous awards.
