Natalie defends false advertising and consumer protection claims for well-known international corporations in the consumer products industry with a focus on food, beverages, and supplements.

Natalie Sanders defends clients in Proposition 65 cases in California state courts. As a litigator, she is involved in drafting dispositive legal motions, discovery, e-discovery, and factual investigation. She also has experience examining and researching complex procedural and substantive legal issues. 

Natalie is active in mentorship with the Berkeley Women in Tech Law organization. As a mentor, she supports female law students by advising them on topics such as transitioning from law school to full-time work as a lawyer and the Big Law interview process.
