Introduction

Moriah supports clients with document review projects and in-house legal matters, including product counseling, generative AI risk assessment, entity management, due diligence, and commercial contract review.

Moriah Niblack has completed multiple on-site secondments for a multinational technology company, where she managed corporate governance projects involving entity formation, internal mergers, restructurings, and entity dissolution. Her governance experience includes using GEMs and Diligent to support entity management, governance tracking, corporate records maintenance, and related reporting workflows. She currently supports a gen AI team by reviewing terms of service and privacy policies for third-party gen AI tools and software and assessing risks related to AI research initiatives. She also uses Harvey and other AI-enabled tools to support document analysis, drafting, and legal workflows. 

Moriah has substantial discovery and litigation experience, including privilege review, deposition preparation, quality control, motion practice, appeals, settlement negotiations, and contract drafting. Drawing on her litigation background, she understands case strategy and can quickly identify documents relevant to key claims, defenses, witnesses, and issues. She is proficient in Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, and Kira. Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Moriah worked as a community advocate and shelter manager for a domestic violence organization.
