Michelle Davenport has a particular focus on the development of energy transition and waste projects through to financial close. This includes acting on a number of EfW, AD and biomass projects in the UK for sponsors such as FCC, Iona Capital, SSE, CIP, Encyclis, Enfinium and Brockwell Energy.

Michelle has extensive knowledge of a range of commercial contracts (including construction, operation, grid, power purchase, heat offtake and fuel supply arrangements), as well as regulatory and corporate matters, across a range of technologies.
