Mike represents employers in matters including collective bargaining agreements, grievance arbitrations, and strikes, from small owner-operated businesses to some of the largest U.S. corporations.

Michael Reynvaan has more than 30 years of experience in the firm's Labor & Employment group. He represents employers in litigation, class action, and mediation, and regularly counsels clients in high-exposure situations. He has negotiated more than 100 collective bargaining agreements and handled numerous grievance arbitrations and strikes.  

Mike serves as regional counsel for the United Parcel Service Inc. in the Pacific Northwest and has worked with a variety of some of the Northwest's leading companies and sports organizations, including The Boeing Company, Starbucks Inc., Lowes Companies Inc., the Seattle Sonics, Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging Inc., Zymogenetics Inc., and the Seattle Storm Inc. Mike also serves as chair of Ashurst Perkin Coie’s Wine Industry practice and works with many wine industry clients.
