Michael represents clients in a wide range of IP matters throughout the patent lifecycle.
Michael A. Glenn is an IP lawyer with a focus on patent prosecution. He represents clients in all aspects of IP law and at all phases of patent prosecution, including IP audits and strategy, opinions of counsel, prelitigation patent defense and assertion, appeals, reissues, reexaminations, and designs. His technology experience spans telecommunications, information technology, fintech, AI, blockchain, medical devices, and mechanical inventions.
Michael is Chambers ranked. He co-hosts Ashurst Perkin Coie’s Perpetual Motion podcast, an interview program focused on creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. The hosts speak with successful inventors about their inventive pride and joy, process, and views on creativity. Perpetual Motion is available on all major podcast platforms.
