Melanie Fouts applies project management processes throughout the matter lifecycle, including planning, executing, and scoping and monitoring budgets.  

Melanie helps implement client-specific and practical process improvement solutions to assist lawyers, improve communication, and increase value to clients.  

Melanie received her Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as a certification from Cedar Crest College in paralegal studies.
