McKenzie Chen is a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Heis experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union, China, and India. His experience extends to other facets of patent practice, including post-grant proceedings (inter partes review and ex parte re-examination), standards analysis, claim charting, and patent due diligence.
