Matthew helps global developers and contractors bring their most ambitious and complex projects to life in a complex world.
Matthew Taylor advises public and private clients throughout the lifecycle of major construction and infrastructure projects across sectors, including infrastructure, transmission, renewable energy, data centres, industrial and manufacturing facilities, education, health and rail and other transport projects.
Matthew advises on all stages of project procurement and delivery, including contract drafting, negotiation, contract administration and project management. Matt has experience advising on all major project delivery methods, including PPP, ECI, D&C, ITC, EPC, EPCM, Construct Only, Alliance, Supply, O&M, LTSA, and Framework Agreements, amongst others.
Matthew is Staff Partner of our Brisbane office and actively works hand in hand with our Ashurst Perkins Coie pro bono practice.
