Matthew represents clients in matters of patent litigation.

As an integral member of numerous trial teams, Matthew Lembo has experience in every stage of litigation from pleadings through appeal. He has applied his broad scientific knowledge in technologies ranging from pharmaceuticals to complex mechanical and electrical devices. 

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew served as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) while simultaneously earning his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
