Matthew Dunn

Matthew is a leader in our Infrastructure, Energy and Commercial Advisory team. He has a depth of experience in major capital projects having spent over 20 years executing  projects to enhance the productive capacity of the economy.

Matthew has held several senior executive roles within central government, large delivery agencies, an equity sponsor investing and securing limited-recourse project financing, and in combination with his prior experience as a financial adviser in the private sector, has a focus on complex projects that incorporate private finance, working across the full project lifecycle.

His experience spans multiple sectors, including transport, energy, health, education, housing, water, and commercial property, and he has made a significant contribution to the policy landscape for public capital investment in Australia and New Zealand.
