Mathieu’s patent practice emphasizes infringement cases in the electronics, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical industries.
Mathieu Swiderski has litigated cases in district courts across the country and at the International Trade Commission (ITC). He has extensive experience at all stages of litigation, including claim construction proceedings, coordinating large-scale fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and serving as a key member of trial teams.
Outside of his patent litigation practice, Mathieu has also served as a critical team member in several precedent-setting antitrust, general commercial, and securities-related cases.
