Introduction
Prior to his retirement, Mark Quehrn focused his practice on energy, water resources, and commercial development. Mark assisted clients in developing all types of energy facilities, infrastructure projects, and transactions, including energy projects, water supply and water resource projects and facilities, electric transmission lines, and port and terminal facility developments in the United States and internationally.
