Mark works with clients to design practical risk frameworks that help improve the performance and outcomes of material and complex change programs.

Mark Kuzma leads our Risk Advisory's Risk in Complex Change offering. He advises clients on identifying and mitigating risks throughout the entire lifecycle of material and complex change programs.

Mark focuses on better managing risk to protect and create value particularly in the banking, energy, utilities and private equity sectors.

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Mark spent 25 years at a Big 4 firm where he advised senior leaders on assurance, finance, transformation and technology engagements. This experience has equipped Mark with an appreciation of the key risks experienced by material and complex change programs and in-turn how to support executive stakeholders in mitigating them.

Leveraging his experience in governance, risk, project management and assurance, Mark works with clients to identify and assess risks and design and optimize appropriate systems, practices and controls to better understand the risk profile and improve the performance of material and complex change programs.
