Marisa leads the design and implementation of Ashurst Perkins Coie's AI governance program.
As an AI Governance Attorney, Marisa Kirio builds the frameworks, policies, and processes that guide the firm's responsible adoption of AI. She works across legal, technology, and business teams to help the firm integrate AI thoughtfully, with attention to risk and operational integrity. A member of the firm's Knowledge & Innovation team, Marisa brings a systems-oriented perspective to governance.
