Introduction
Marcus handles complex investigations, criminal and government enforcement matters, disputes, and litigation for his clients.
Marcus Haggard represents individuals and corporations in the technology, retail, manufacturing, forest products, financial services, telecommunications, construction, and healthcare industries. He has experience conducting sensitive, complex international and national investigations, both internal and related to government enforcement actions. He has represented individuals and corporations in criminal and civil matters at the state and federal levels.
Marcus also advises on international supply chains, compliance, and anti-trafficking/anti-slavery efforts. He has worked with corporations to help ensure their international business activities are legally compliant and support human rights.
Marcus maintains an active pro bono practice focused on assisting those seeking asylum and international human rights issues. He is also active in his community, serving on the leadership team of the Colorado Bar Association’s International Law Section and on the board of Life-Line Colorado.
