Mara focuses on preparations for patent applications and patent examinations before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices.
Mara Mishner is trained as a condensed matter physicist and has experience in microelectronics and semiconductor technologies, including nanoelectronic devices based on electron spin torque for various applications.
Her background includes the design, fabrication, and characterization of thin film magnetic material structures; epitaxial thin film deposition; and microwave frequency instrumentation and measurements.
Mara earned both a Ph.D. and Master of Science degree in physics from the University of California, Irvine, where she received both the Department of Physics & Astronomy Dissertation Fellowship and the Eddleman Quantum Institute Graduate Research Fellowship.
