Malori Basye represents clients in the mining and natural resources sectors, with an emphasis on environmental compliance, regulatory matters, and litigation. 

Malori has experience assisting companies with complex water rights issues, such as water rights protests and administrative proceedings. She regularly advises clients on environmental compliance for mining operations, addressing matters under the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and other federal and state regulatory frameworks. 

In addition to her regulatory and transactional work, Malori represents clients in business and environmental disputes, including litigation and enforcement actions. Her experience across environmental, business, real estate, and litigation matters enables her to provide comprehensive legal solutions that support clients’ operational objectives and compliance with environmental standards.
