Malcolm Charles advises corporate trustees and agents across the full range of international and domestic bond issues, including straight debt such as corporate bonds, convertibles, subordinated debt and debt programs and structured finance such as repackaging programs, securitizations (including CMBS, RMBS and master trust structures) and CLOs. He also has extensive experience advising facility agents and security agents in the loan markets. Projects whether bond or loan financed also form a key part of Malcolm's practice.

Malcom's advice includes transactional work up to initial issuance as well as post-closing matters such as amendments, issuer substitutions, trustee replacement, defaults, bondholder meetings, consent/exchange offers, restructurings and exercises of discretion. Other parts of the firm covering restructuring, disputes, tax and financial regulation will also provide support to Malcolm's clients as required.
