Introduction
Maisie focuses on technology transactions, privacy law, and product counseling across various industries, including hardware, software, e-commerce, edtech, entertainment, digital media, and cloud-based security.
Maisie Ide has experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to matters involving IP rights, licensing, content creation and distribution, marketing, and advertising services. She also defends clients against illegal spamming, scraping, data misuse, and other forms of malicious internet behavior. In addition, Maisie advises on emerging legal issues arising from AI and machine learning products.
Maisie maintains an active pro bono practice, researching privacy laws and other tools to fight online harassment.
