Introduction
Maeve supports technology companies with commercial transactions and product counseling.
Maeve Wilson advises clients across a variety of industries, including interactive entertainment, music, e-commerce, social media, gaming, software as a service, cloud, and blockchain.
Maeve's experience includes drafting online terms of service, as well as negotiating license agreements, service agreements, consulting agreements, and other commercial contracts. She also counsels clients on IP and technology issues related to M&As and other business transactions.
Maeve maintains an active pro bono practice that includes IP-related work for clients through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
