Madison helps clients with regulatory compliance and agency negotiations for government contracts.
Madison H. Plummer has experience working on matters concerning government contracts, employment issues, grants and cooperative agreements, M&A due diligence, General Services Administration schedules, joint ventures, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Madison served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Loren A. Smith at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. In this role, she conducted extensive legal research, analyzed court documents, and drafted orders and opinions on various substantive and procedural issues.
