Introduction
Mackenzie is an associate in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice.
A graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law, Mackenzie Barrett served as managing editor for the UC Davis Law Review. While in law school, she was a member of the negotiations team, co-chair of the Filipinx Law Student Association, co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and participated in the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic.
