Luke Houghton

Luke Houghton joined Risk Advisory with more than 25 years’ experience across the infrastructure and energy sectors. His experience is recognized globally, having worked across multiple jurisdictions and pioneered new approaches to project delivery. He has played a pivotal role in advising both public and private sector clients on high-profile mandates in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Luke has delivered complex strategic and commercial services, including structuring project financing, developing innovative procurement models, and implementing risk management strategies for major infrastructure and energy projects. Most recently, he served as Global Leader of the Infrastructure and Capital Projects team and National Leader of their Infrastructure Sector at a Big 4 consulting firm.
