Lois Tilton advises multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, owners of qualified small business stock, real estate investors, family offices, private equity partners, and hedge fund managers. She crafts customized gift and estate plans using various types of trusts and entities to accomplish tax-efficient intergenerational wealth transfers.
Lois’ practice also includes business succession planning, charitable giving and estate and trust administration. She represents fiduciaries as well as charitable and individual beneficiaries of estates.
