Lixian Liang

Lixian Liang's practice is focused on the development of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in Australia and Asia, and particularly construction procurement and early stage acquisitions of renewable generation and storage projects, and the development of transmission projects.

Lixian has been involved in the development of 13 wind farms, 9 solar farms, 15 battery projects and 5 solar/battery hybrid projects across Australia and Asia. She has also acted on the market-leading Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone transmission project, and on the procurement of synchronous condensers to deliver system strength supporting the connection of up to 7.7GW of renewable generation.

Lixian has strong procurement experience on linear infrastructure projects, including WestConnex, Western Harbour, Sydney Metro and the National Broadband Network.
