Lisa Miner

Lisa Miner is the regional business director for Ashurst Perkins Coie, overseeing business operations across the Seattle, Bellevue, and Portland offices, and supporting the Anchorage and Boise offices. Lisa has worked in the legal industry for four decades, bringing deep experience in law firm operations, workplace strategy, facilities management, budgeting, and service delivery. What distinguishes Lisa’s approach is her ability to translate firmwide strategy into effective local execution while maintaining a strong focus on both employee and client experience. 

Lisa is responsible for day-to-day office operations, including financial oversight, space planning, and operational planning. She partners closely with firm leadership, lawyers, and business professionals to ensure seamless service delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, and alignment with firm priorities. Lisa is known for her practical judgment, collaborative leadership style, and ability to lead teams through change while driving operational improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. 

Lisa began her career as a file clerk at a small law firm, building a comprehensive understanding of legal operations from the ground up. She is a former president of the NALS of Greater Seattle, NALS of Washington, and the Puget Sound Association of Legal Administrators (PSALA).
