Introduction
Lindsay has experience with a broad range of complex commercial litigation subjects, including aviation, antitrust, contract disputes, trademark infringement, and governmental and internal investigations.
Lindsay Arnold is a discovery attorney in the firm’s NewLaw practice. She is adept in DISCO and Relativity document review, including both linear and technology-assisted reviews. Lindsay performs confidentiality and privilege reviews involving the creation of privilege logs and redactions, targeted searches, and second-level quality reviews. She also assists case teams in pre-trial and trial preparation including creation of contract comparison memorandums, document summaries, deposition research,and timelines for pre-trial and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Lindsay assisted clients with environmental and product liability, mass tort, and class-action administrations.
