Linc combines global financial experience with knowledge of emerging technology to guide companies in corporate trust, capital markets, and innovative financial solutions.

Lincoln S. Finkenberg advises companies on corporate trust, capital markets, and transformative financial transactions, as well as risk mitigation and related litigation and enforcement. He is knowledgeable of how technologies such as AI, machine learning, distributed ledger, blockchain, and digital currencies are being deployed and affecting the competitiveness of trust banks, financial companies, and corporate law departments.  

A former associate general counsel and managing director at BNY Mellon, Linc brings a global perspective to his corporate trust practice. During his career, Linc has led the formation and acquisition of trust banks in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and performed in-depth legal analysis in several emerging markets to acquire or build the same.  

Linc has extensive experience with legal and financial risk mitigation. His background includes leading the advisement on the implementation and ongoing administration of several emergency economic stabilization programs of the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve, including the Troubled Asset Relief Program, Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility, Public-Private Investment Partnership, and other programs sponsored by federal agencies.
