  • A major Sovereign AI data center platform | Lead Partner | Advising on tax and corporate structuring, fundraising, construction, real estate, power, employment and incentive plans.
  • Salamanca Group | Lead Partner | Advised Salamanca Group on the acquisition of a 300-acre brownfield site in Blyth and structuring of its sale to Blackstone and partnership with key stakeholders to develop the UK’s largest AI data center campus, totaling up to 540,000 sq.m.
