Overview
Introduction
Prior to his retirement, John Iani focused his practice on helping clients develop and structure business and commercial endeavors, particularly in the areas of project development, energy, natural resources, and fisheries. He represented clients in environmental and regulatory issues before the U.S. Congress, federal and state agencies, administrative bodies, and the courts. John served as regional administrator for Region 10 of the Environmental Protection Agency, where he was responsible for managing the agency's offices in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Earlier in his career, he was vice president and general counsel at UniSea, one of Alaska’s largest seafood processing companies, where he was responsible for its governmental, legal, and regulatory affairs programs.
