Introduction
Kurt advises clients on financial transactions, with a focus on debt finance.
Kurt J. Neumann represents clients in complex financial transactions, including commercial finance, structured finance and financial asset securitizations, and public finance. He assists public companies, private companies, family offices, and municipalities in lending transactions and financings, often in the hotel and hospitality sector.
Kurt has extensive experience structuring transactions and representing companies in credit facilities, senior and subordinated debt financings, and mezzanine loans. He advises companies in a variety of industries on matters involving credit facilities and bank loans secured by a range of collateral, including equity, real property, hedge fund interests, and fine art.

Hotels and resorts include Barton Creek Spa & Resort, Grove Park Inn, Hotel del Coronado, Fairmont Hotels (Chicago, IL; Scottsdale, AZ), Four Seasons Hotels (Mexico City, Punta Mita and Washington, D.C.), Hilton Hotels (Hawaiian Village and San Francisco Union Square Hotel), Homestead Resort, Hyatt La Jolla, InterContinental Hotels (Chicago, IL; Miami, FL), JW Marriott Essex House, Loews Santa Monica, Marriott Lincolnshire, Parc 55 San Francisco, Ritz Carlton Hotels (Half Moon Bay and Laguna Niguel) and Westin St. Francis.
