Kristen Smith

Kristen Smith earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she served as the co-editor-in-chief of the Asian American Law Journal and an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. She received her B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.  

Before her legal career, Kristen held human resources leadership roles in the energy and aerospace sectors, managing labor relations in complex unionized and nonunion manufacturing settings.
