Krista advises clients in relation to a range of complex infrastructure projects, in areas such as procurement and project delivery and documentation for rail, roads, aviation, waste to energy, and more.
Krista Payne acts on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects and development transactions, with experience acting for both private and public sector clients in the UK and Australian markets. Krista advises on project delivery models and procurement strategies and develops and negotiates project documentation for complex infrastructure projects (including major project documents, procurement documentation, construction contracts, development agreements, major property divestment contracts, services agreements and government development transactions) and advises on project delivery models and procurement strategies.
Krista has worked on projects across a number of industry sectors including rail, light rail, roads, aviation, telecommunications, waste to energy, commercial building and utilities, and has worked with a range of contract delivery methods. She advises on tender processes, the administration of contracts and consultancy services.
