Konstantin (Kon) Petrov deals with large-scale e-discovery for complex litigation and utilizes technology tools to deliver actionable insights for litigation teams. Kon periodically assists the firm's Transaction Services & Strategy practice, where he provides support on contract and transactional matters, including corporate due diligence and commercial contract review. Kon has additionally worked on multiple assignments with a clients’ in-house counsel, providing project management and legal technology services to their privacy and security legal teams. Kon’s pro-bono work includes working with veterans seeking discharge status upgrades and with refugees seeking asylum.
