Jin brings a distinctive combination of over a decade of M&A and joint venture experience across both traditional oil and gas and energy transition projects in Asia-Pacific.
Kok Jin Ong is a partner in the Corporate transactions practice based in Singapore. He has worked on M&A and joint venture transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors in the Asia-Pacific region for over a decade, including energy transition work (green fuels and various forms of renewable energy such as offshore wind, onshore wind, solar PV, battery storage and geothermal) as well as upstream and downstream oil and gas matters. He has also been advising clients on transactions in the fintech and healthcare space.
