Introduction
Khadijah advises emerging companies and venture capital clients on equity and non-equity financing, public offerings, and tender offers.
Khadijah Owens has experience advising on internal and external corporate governance matters, including the formation and advisory oversight of subsidiary companies, state qualifications and business registrations, and employment and equity compensation guidance.
Khadijah represents venture capital firms in investments in companies at various stages of development. She assists clients with the initial review of proposed financing terms and term sheet preparation, oral and document negotiation of financings, and secondary sales. Khadijah also drafts and negotiates asset and stock purchase agreements, secured and unsecured financing transactions, and ancillary documents.
