Kenneth Tseng's experience includes helping clients develop and negotiate contracts using both industry-standard and custom forms as well as advising on pre-litigation matters including course-of-construction risk assessments and prelitigation strategy. He represents clients in a broad range of construction disputes involving breach of contract, product liability, professional liability, consumer protection, insurance coverage, and lien and bond claims. To help obtain the best possible outcome for his clients, he leverages available insurance to help resolve construction disputes, including collaborating with appointed insurance defense counsel.
