Introduction
Kelly is an associate in the Real Estate & Land Use practice in the firm's San Francisco office.
Kelly Eshima counsels clients throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice includes representing lenders in loan originations and modifications, representing buyers and sellers in purchases and sales of commercial property, negotiating leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, and advising clients on title, survey, and other due diligence matters.
Kelly also advises on zoning amendments, special-use districts, conditional use permits, obtaining permits, and other land use entitlements in San Francisco and other parts of the Bay Area.
Kelly was a summer associate and D&I fellow for the firm in 2022.
While earning her J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, Kelly served as executive notes editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and as a law clerk for the Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment Clinic.
