Introduction

Keane is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust & Unfair Competition practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Keane McKennan Nowlan was a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in the Technology and Digital Platforms Section. In this role, he served on antitrust litigation and civil investigation teams, conducted party and third-party depositions, participated in merger review, drafted discovery requests, and assisted lawyers in lay and expert witness preparation.

Keane earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Tulane University Law School and has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, College of Science and Engineering.
