Kayla Lindgren represents clients in complex business disputes, with a focus on class actions involving consumer-facing business practices, including reference pricing, advertising, marketing, data privacy, and other alleged unfair or deceptive conduct.  She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes, including those involving constitutional questions. 

 Kayla also counsels clients on regulatory issues that intersect with litigation risk, advising companies on compliance strategies aligned with their business goals.
