Introduction

Kathy is an employment partner with significant experience in all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.

Kathy Srdanovic has particular experience working with clients undergoing business transformation and on matters relating to compliance with employment payment obligations. She works closely with her clients to minimize risk and develop and implement employee-relations strategies.

Kathy also has extensive experience in complex award and enterprise agreement interpretation issues and in defending employment-related litigation across numerous Australian jurisdictions, including alleged breach of industrial instruments, unfair dismissals, contract disputes, post-employment restraints, general protections (adverse action) and discrimination claims. 

Kathy works across a diverse range of industries, including airline operations, information technology, manufacturing and the public sector. She has assisted clients with enterprise bargaining, the interpretation of industrial instruments, the resolution of complex industrial disputes and the management of individual employee issues, including performance management and absences from work.
