Katie Allare works with companies and creditors from the healthcare, retail, entertainment, and energy sectors. She has also represented post-confirmation liquidation trusts through complex claim administrations and breach of fiduciary duty litigation. 

Katie's restructuring background includes advocating for clients in high-stakes Chapter 11 proceedings, including developing reorganization plans and litigating contested plan issues.
