Introduction

Kate has over 15 years' experience at the intersection of complex property transactions and large scale commercial leasing.

Kate Gould has particular experience with major property transactions and complex leasing work, including projects leasing work. Kate's work includes drafting and negotiating sale of land contracts and undertaking due diligence for major property acquisitions and developments.

Kate's work also includes drafting and negotiating leases and agreements for lease for large commercial, retail and industrial premises and drafting and negotiating asset management and property development agreements.
