Kat Conner is a trusted risk and regulation advisor with significant professional experience extending across both Australia and the United Kingdom. She has a deep understanding of risk and regulatory requirements having worked within industry, as a consultant and as a supervisor at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

Kat focuses on both the Financial Services and Gaming industries and supports clients in areas such as Regulatory Response, Regulatory Change, Licensing, Risk Management, Governance, Conduct and Risk Culture.

Her career experience has given her a deep understanding of regulatory expectations, in addition to a thorough appreciation of the implementation and operationalization challenges faced by entities. She regularly engages with Boards and Senior Stakeholders on emerging risks and the global regulatory environment and works with clients to enhance and develop their strategies, operating models, frameworks, and processes to meet the ever-changing regulatory requirements.
