Karishma Shah

Karishma Shah litigates and advises on product liability matters and helps clients strategically manage risk before a lawsuit is filed. She works with clients through all stages of litigation, including prelitigation investigations, written discovery and depositions, and substantive motion practice. Karishma has helped advise manufacturers and retailers on the industry standards for product safety labeling, instructions and warranties, regulatory compliance, and recalls. 

Karishma maintains an active pro bono practice, working on various post-conviction and reproductive justice matters.
