Kaci L. Peterson counsels clients on critical matters throughout the full life cycle of a company, including entity formation and restructuring, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and M&A and other exit transactions. 

With experience on both the sell-side and buy-side of M&A transactions, Kaci guides sellers through the exit process, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize value. She also partners with private equity fund clients and their portfolio companies on strategic add-on acquisitions and operational execution. She has deep industry knowledge in the service sector, including HVAC, plumbing, and related trades, enabling her to deliver tailored guidance on industry-specific transactions. 

Kaci also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting businesses and nonprofit organizations with formation, state and federal tax-exemption applications, and other general corporate matters.
